Great place friendly people, the room I had was nice, but not very clean. But customer service was good, polite. They were kind enough to let me stay here with a cash deposit. And gave me a discount for my second night I have stayed here a few times and like it very quite peaceful. And beds are comfortable! Thanks again for a peaceful well rested stay!

Cozy rooms, clean bedding. Not much in the way of vending machines, but there's convenience stores in waking distance.

Update: Husband and I returned for a quick one night stay! Another great experience. Cheap, basic, and was what we needed! Great service. Our room this time was alittle more updated and the shower was most definitely cleaner than the last room. No complaints! Thank you!! ————- My partner and I booked in Friday-Sunday for Anime North weekend. It was 11 minutes from TCC and the pricing was super reasonable. The gentlemen at the front desk was welcoming and the transaction felt smooth. He provided us with the free wifi and offered recommendations for food. The room was perfect for what we needed. Comfy bed, microwave, mini fridge, TV, ice machine etc. Nothing fancy. There were a few things that could of been improved on but we didn't bring them forward. If we were staying longer I probably would have. The bathroom door wouldn't fully shut and the bathtub didn't seem the cleanest (soap and water scum wise). The AC worked amazing and it was quiet. We didn't get any negative vibes from other guests. My favourite part was the lilac bushes all over the property. In the mornings we would open the bathroom window and our entire room would smell so lovely with a great breeze. I would certainly stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for something basic and outdated but at a great rate.

Had a great stay at Green Acres Motel! The staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. It’s conveniently near Long Branch GO Station, making travel easy. The beautiful Marie Curtis Park and its connecting trails are just across the road—perfect for a peaceful walk. Plus, it’s close to Port Credit and Dixie Outlet Mall for shopping and dining. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and well-located stay!

Stayed for 5 days. Room was simple, clean, and bed very comfortable. Had everything I needed. Very quiet and warm. Had a bit of a retro feel which was just fine for me. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Easy access to Toronto, and local stores within walking distance had what I needed. If you're looking for something simple and relaxing I would recommend it. I would go back given the chance. Room was a comfortable size, and bathroom was bright and clean and plenty of hot water (important on chilly nights. I agree with a previous reviewer that the heater had a tendency to blow the curtains but was able to tuck them out of the way. I felt it was worth the price everything considered. Thank you guys for a very pleasant stay.
